INTRODUCTION
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them and receive a full refund. The return process must be requested via email at support@mekiy.com.
We accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free return or exchange. Regular priced items will be returned within 30 calendar days of the original shipment date.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong size.
Delivery times for exchanges will vary depending on where you live and the delivery method used for the return.
REFUNDS
Once your return is approved and we receives your return package, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Please note in some countries or districts, due to the bank or credit card rules, there might be a 6% processing fee will be deducted from the original payment if the return request gets approved.
Your banking institution may take additional days to process your refund. If you have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company and bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all of the above steps and have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mekiy.com.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We do our best to ship your items to you safely, but if your order is damaged when you receive it, please email us a photo of the damaged items, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
